Jim Testa has been the owner of Testa Excavating Inc. for more than 30 years. Building upon the vision and legacy of his father, Jim has been instrumental in creating a company environment that takes great care to ensure that each project is completed to the customer’s specifications. It has continually been his goal to provide services that live up to our company’s reputation and keep customers coming back.
